Commercial Planned Maintenance
Ferguson-Veresh is very pleased to provide a Planned Maintenance program to reduce breakdowns, extend equipment life and improve efficiency.
The Planned Maintenance is for 12 times a year, and includes a Spring inspection, Fall inspection and 2 minor inspections. The inspections include the following checklist for gas systems:
Spring (all equipment)
- Check unit operation
- Inspect electrical connections
- Grease and lubricate bearings
- Check safety controls
- Set economizer enthalpy control (if applicable)
- Check evaporator coils for cleanliness
- Check drain pan
- Check condenser coils
- Check electrical lockout circuits
- Check refrigerant charge
- Change air filters.
Fall (all equipment)
- Check unit operation
- Inspect electrical connections
- Grease and lubricate bearings
- Check safety controls
- Check for gas leaks in burners
- Adjust burner for efficiency
- Check electrical lockout circuits
- Clean and adjust pilot assembly
- Change air filters
- Oil Cir. boiler pump
- Check boiler controls
- Check blowdown control on boiler
- Check low water cutoff
- Minor Inspections: Summer & Winter (all equipment)
- Check unit progress
- Inspect electrical connections
- Change air filters
