What guarantees or warranties do you offer on your services and products?

We warranty parts and labor on all new installations including water heaters, coils, condensers, furnaces, sewer, water, and gas lines for 1 year.   We warranty the labor on all repairs for 90 days and the parts are under warranty for 1 year from installation.  We also offer extended warranties on installations.  Please contact us for more information about extended warranties.

Can you do the work if I have an extended home warranty?

Yes we can.  We do not work directly with home warranty companies, but we will be happy to diagnose the problem and speak with your representative at your home warranty company to help get you compensated for your out of pocket expenses.

Is there anything I can do to make my current system last longer?

One of the easiest ways to extend the life of your heating and air system is to change your air filters every 30 days.  Dirty filters can reduce your system’s efficiency and result in more frequent repairs.  Pre-season tune ups are also highly recommended for your system.  We offer a planned maintenance program for residential customers that offers check up visits for the spring and fall.  We have more information regarding our residential planned maintenance program below or to set up your contract please contact our office at 940-692-4600.
