Lead Service Technician - HVAC

Lead Service Technician - HVAC

Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain residential and commercial heating and cooling systems (equipment to include but not limited to DX split systems up to 50 tons, mini split systems, RTUs up to 25 tons, AHUs up to 25 tons, chillers, and EFs)
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and replace broken or defective equipment components when required
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance
  • Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites
  • Maintain workflow schedule to ensure productivity objectives are met

Work start and end time: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. (On-call rotation. Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $22 - $32 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications needed for this position:

  • 5+ years of experience is required (you may be required to pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill)
  • NATE certified is a plus
  • EPA 608 certified
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replacement decisions
  • Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Lead Install Mechanic - HVAC

Lead Install Mechanic - HVAC

Position Summary: To provide residential and commercial HVAC systems installation according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and direct the installation of mechanical equipment, piping, and ductwork; installation of equipment to include but not limited to split systems up to 50 tons, mini split systems, RTUs up to 25 tons, AHUs up to 25 tons, welded grease duct, kitchen hoods, and EFs
  • Understand layout, design, fabrication and installation of HVAC systems
  • Work with blueprints, specifications, and drawings
  • Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and work schedules
  • Attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
  • Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites
  • Maintain workflow schedule to ensure productivity objectives are met
  • Coordinate with other trades on site

Work start and end time: 7am - 4pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed. No on call.)

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications needed for this position:

  • 5+ years of experience is required (you may be required to pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill)
  • NATE certified is a plus
  • EPA 608 certified or able to acquire certificate within 6 months of employment
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment
  • Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
  • Knowledge of sheet metal practices
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Must be skilled on new construction and retrofits
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Wichita Falls, TX 76301 before starting work
